To ensure our customers’ safety and convenience, Pinnacol is automatically enrolling our customers with Pinnacol an E-Invoice, for those customers for whom they have an email on file. If Pinnacol does not have an email on file for you, they highly recommend registering online by click on this link.
From there, you should select “Register Now,” provide an email address and create a password.
After selecting “Register Now,” you will receive a confirmation email. You should click the link in the email to complete your registration. You will need to provide the following information:
- Your Pinnacol policy number
- Federal Tax ID Number (FEIN) or SSN
- Next Renewal Date
- Job Title
It’s easier than ever to manage your workers’ compensation policy online with Pinnacol Assurance. When you access your account through Pinnacol’s Policyholder Portal, you can pay your bill, sign up for recurring payments, report an injury and create a certificate of insurance. You can also sign up to receive email alerts about your policy or claim events. And through your smartphone, you can do it all from just about anywhere.

Please know that through May 31, 2020, Pinnacol will keep policies active and won’t cancel coverage if customers are unable to make their regularly scheduled payments. Cancellation notices will be withheld during this time to allow time for customers to work with us on updating payroll and flexible payment options. The outstanding amount due will be added to their next invoice.
